Our Village is in the early stages of an exciting redevelopment, Stage 1 of which we expect to have completed during the second half of 2024. The redevelopment will allow us to offer genuinely affordable modular housing to the community by adopting the concept of land lease living.
We will continue to provide rental accommodation but will also offer brand new homes for sale to those wanting to take advantage of the benefits of living in a Residential Land Lease Community.
We are taking inquiries from people interested in exploring the opportunity of living within our community to arrange an inspection of the Village and our redevelopment plans. We have a limited number of sites available, and we believe they will not last long.
